To seriously investigate what the MOD and SIS know about UFO's/UAP's
Similar to what is happening right now in USA.
Grant immunity to whistle blowers to come forward about secrete UFO programmes.
Set up an office to deal with reports, to study the phenomenon and historical cases and to report back to the public on their findings.
As reported by very credible USA whistle-blowers - There could be a flight safety risk to the public and our serving members.
The general public have right to know if there is an non human intelligence already here on earth.
If there are secrete programmes that have recovered technology then keeping it secrete could severely limit our capability to reveres engineer the technology. Such technology could combat climate change.
Our adversaries could figure it out before us which would be a threat.
