We want an inquiry into the lack of due process used by CSC to remove a child

Petition Details

We demand that due process is followed and adequate support to be provided before escalation to CPs and PLOs, we also demand an uphold of a legal duty of care and legal accountability for all professionals that fail to adhere to the BASW code of ethics

Additional Information

We want the removal of innocent children to stop. We want a legal duty of care to be upheld and not ignored to prevent accountability.
Crimes are being committed against us the public and it must stop. We want the law in this country upheld and the care act followed and human rights upheld
