There should be a cap on houses prices that are unliveable.
There are so many houses that are unliveable, such as full of mould, no bathroom or kitchen trying to sell for high prices such as £500,000. There should be a cap on houses that fall into this category. People shouldn’t have to buy a house for £500k and then spend over £200k fixing it up.
Cap house prices on houses that are unliveable. Houses that are
a) covered in mould,
b) do not have the basics such as a toilet or a functioning kitchen
Should not be able to sell for high prices E.g over £300k

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The price of homes are a matter for sellers and buyers, not the Government or Parliament.
