Introduce a Bill that all living in the United Kingdom must have a bank account
It worked in India where there is over a billion people and helps reduce corruption and reduces discrimination

It is not clear how requiring people to have a bank account would reduce corruption or discrimination, and there don't appear to be requirements for people living in India to have a bank account, so we're not sure how exactly your suggestion would work. You may wish to start a new petition stating more clearly what you would like to happen.
