Provide free healthy school meals for all children in state schools

Additional Information

All children in state education to be offered healthy and nutitious school meals free of charge.
This would encourage healthier eating and help to prevent health issues later in life resulting from poor diet.
If necessary charge a premium price for any unhealthy alternative meals to offset some of the increased cost.
