Require colleges and universities to offer evening classes.
By requiring colleges and universities to offer evening classes in a wide selection of subjects, such as, coding, computer science, bricklaying, accounting and music, just to name a few, this will encourage people already in work to develop to skill needed for the careers.
Introducing adult evening classes in colleges and universities accommodates working professionals, promoting lifelong learning and career growth. It enhances diversity, fosters inclusivity, optimizes facility use, and aligns education with the demands of a dynamic job market, ensuring personal and societal progress.
