Lower the UK franchise to 16 year's of age.

Additional Information

As 16 year old's are considered mature enough to leave school, go to work, pay taxes and national insurance, etc, they are certainly mature enough to vote. The franchise in the UK should be lowered to 16 years of age to reflect this.
