Remove the proposed toll on the Balckwall tunnel starting in 2025
Remove the proposed toll on the Balckwall tunnel starting in 2025 when the Silvertown tunnel is complete, there is no other options in that area to cross the river, in west London there are tens of bridges, in east London you only have the Blackwall tunnel.
The Blackwall Tunnel a vital transport link in London has long stood as a crucial artery connecting the east and southeast with the rest of the city Its toll-free status is a testament to the principle of equitable access to urban infrastructure
West London boasts numerous free crossing options, alternatives ensure that residents and commuters have multiple routes without incurring extra costs In contrast, eastLondon faces limited options, making the tollfree Blackwall Tunnel a lifeline for many
