Make e-scooters legal to use same as e-bikes if it doesn't go over 15.5mph!
E-scooter is one of the best transportation in towns and cities. There are many responsible riders risking prosecution because of using this kind of transportation. Please make e-scooter -which can not go over 15.5mph- in the same category as e-bike.
It's much cheaper and cleaner transport than a car. It also gives more flexibility for people who has no access to car or moped or can not afford to keep one.
