Make. Or a legal requirement for social care workers to wear body camera same as police to protect both them and clients from false allegations

Additional Information

I believe a lot of reports are made that are not true and false allegations that can cause massive distress to families or the worker I feel the cameras worn would protect all involved from any false allegations
