To allow offices to work from home when one of their staff is Covid-19 positive
There should be a new legislation that highlights that if one of your employees has Covid-19, that all of your other employees should be told to work from home.
This will decrease the chance of further infection to others working with them.
This will overall keep the infection rate of Covid-19 down

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We understand that you're concerned about the spread of Covid-19 in work places, but we're not exactly sure what you'd like to happen. For example, we're not sure what you'd like to happen in circumstances where staff cannot work from home. For example, those who work in catering and retail or public services front line staff.
We could accept a petition calling on the Government to require workplaces to close if a Covid-19 case is identified, if that's something that you'd like to see.
