Make all of water authorities pay for the recent pumping of raw sewa
Because of all the recent overspills, into our rivers, seas and lakes, the water authorities, should be compelled to use their own reserves to pay for this damage, and not the poor customers, who are struggling to pay their bills, whilst the water authorities have billions in reserves
I would like the government to introduce a bill, in parliament, which would compel all of the water authorities, in the country to use their reserves, to pay for all of the damage, that was caused, by pumping, untreated raw, sewage into our seas rivers and lakes, and not the poor customers who are struggling to pay their water bills
