Idiots who pave front gardens, astroturf lawns & put plastic down loos MUST PAY!
Those who pave front gardens, astroturf lawns & put plastic down loos contribute to overloading sewage systems in all unreasonable ways must pay extra.
Our rivers are full of plop. The sewage companies are partly to blame. So are some people and organisations. Those who should pick up the tab for clean-up investment should include those with huge roofs, paved front gardens, giant car parks, and astroturf lawns. They should pay along with those who put plastic down loos and cooking fat down sewers. Make the polluters pay!
