Ban bonuses for anyone just doing their job
Bankers and anyone else at the top of their profession should not be entitled to any sort of bonus just for doing their job. They are paid more than enough already as it is, and in many cases receive huge bonuses even if the company has done disasterously and many people have lost their jobs.
