Appose PPO banning dogs from the beach at Colwyn Bay 2023.
Would like a senior member of the government to raise this issue with Conwy Borough Conwy. This is an order that has been proposed to be introduced without evidence to justify the requirement. This is a misuse of legislation and we need the government to hold the council to account and prevent this
Make this process something that should only be introduced as a last resort and prevent the council from being able to pass this internally without having suitable gate keepers that act in the public interest.
