The submission and signing processes need urgent improvement to make the site much more usable:
Personal details and CAPTCHA confirmation should only have to be entered once per session.
Thank you page should link to the page BEFORE you selected that e-petition.
Add a complaints/suggestions facility.
Add an integral spell checker.
