The welfare cost has nearly bankrupted the nation.it would be cheaper to give the unemployed jobs in the community. 1 repair the potholes on our roads.2 help in
Hospitals,3 dustbin collections return to weekly collection.4 Inner city clean grafiy Collect litter ect.canal and river banks clear overgrown hedgerows ect. Pick upliter. 5 day & night patrols in areas of fly tipping and cable theft.
It would improve the life of the unemployed. And the country would bee a better place.
And the need to import labour is removed.
