Nationalise all UK dentistry bringing it into the NHS.
On nationalising NHS dentistry, place a standard return of service on dentists. Those who don't want to remain in NHS ie have an established private practice can pay off their return of service. Money will be used to allow NHS dentists to get more from the NHS charging framework. Improve retention.
All new dentists join NHS. Current U.K. dentistry is failing the people. UK dental health is very poor. Large numbers of people cannot afford dental treatment. Dentists are walking away from the NHS framework as they say it doesn't renumerate effectively.
