Provide funding for working class students to attend Drama School

Additional Information

Students from poorer backgrounds don't have the opportunity to fulfil there dreams by attending a Drama school because they just don't have the money. I want the government to fund this just like they do for universities. So that students from poorer backgrounds have the opportunity to go to Drama school.
