Make it LAW that ALL dog breeds wear MUZZLES and leads at all times when outside
Make it LAW all dog breeds wear leads and muzzles.
Dogs are attracted to the weak it's a dominance thing. Proven.
So many people fear walking anywhere out of general fear from dogs.
Dogs are very Intrusive, and invasive, most dog owners are ignorant and see no harm.
I often feel harassed and alarmed when walking my child to school as all dogs in a field are left off leads and are left to roam, owners often Mile's behind them!
