Petition Action

Introduce tougher laws for unethical dog breeders and owners of dangerous dogs

Petition Details

Introduce stricter legislation and ensure breeders are fully licensed and registered with a governing body. Bring in tougher sentences for those 'backyard breeders' who aren't registered and licensed

Ensure tougher sentences and penalties for those with dogs not under control

Additional Information

In light of recent tragic events surrounding the xl bully - simply banning the breed isn't good enough

The breeding of dogs needs to face stricter regulations and those with out of control dogs need to face harsher sentences

Without any firmer legislation this will continue to happen and there WILL be another modified breed in years to come

The XL Bully along with the pit bull before hand is such a brilliant family dog with the correct breeding/ownership
