You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We're sorry to hear that you're having a difficult time. We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for evicting people. This means that a petition to the Government and Parliament would not be able to help you.
You can find information on complaining about your neighbour here: www.citizensadvice.org.uk/housing/problems-where-you-live/complaining-about-your-neighbour/
You could raise the issue with a local councillor who represents you. You can use this page to find out who your local councillors are, and how to contact them:
www.gov.uk/find-your-local-councillors
We could accept a petition calling for a change in how anti social behaviour is dealt with, if there's a specific change that you'd like to see. You can find out more about the current systems to tackle anti social behaviour here: commonslibrary.parliament.uk/research-briefings/cbp-7270/
