ALL DOG TO BE MUZZLED IN PUBLIC AND REGISTERING ALL DOGS
I would like to see the Government introduce strong laws that will help the public be safe . Safety is paramount. The recent dog incidents confirm that anyone at anytime can be attacked .
The recent unfortunate incidents have yet again highlighted the need for strong safe guarding measures for the public . A dog attack is very traumatic for everyone. Death by dogs has increased as well as attacks by dogs . The Public should feel safe to walk the streets unfortunately there are dogs that have owners who do not have the best welfare for there animals . We should all feel safe in public .Dogs Attacks are causing tremendous pain to everyone one doesn't know when a dog will turn .
