Don't ban the XL Bully Ban the Breeders and bad owner
the government should take stronger action against the breeders and irresponsible owners
in 1991 the government band pit bulls and that did not work pit bull are still out there and still being breed banning XL Bully's will not work XL bully's are mongrels they are not a specific breed which make almost impossibly to define
