Stop the Illegal migration Act from advancing.
The Illegal migration Act is being inquired by the court of appeal and is making its way to supreme court. Sending immigrants to Rwanda would breach human rights protections, and in particular the prohibition against torture and inhuman or degrading treatment Article 3 of the ECHR.
Dr Rosena Allin-Khan - MP of Tooting support us in this cause.
We should provide a legal channel for illegal immigrants to enable them to come into the UK. This should be done in the same way as effort has been made to provide a safe route for immigrants from Ukraine.
According to the government department’s own figures, it will cost an estimated £63,000 more to relocate an illegal immigrant than it would to keep them in the UK.
