Stop assessments for those receiving Severe Disability Premium moving to UC

Petition Details

Work Capability Assessments must be ceased for those receiving Severe Disability Premium who move over to Universal Credit.

Additional Information

We believe WCAs for people receiving SDP is not only wasting government money and causing those already vulnerable to suffer severe poverty and exasperated ill health. Disabled people can be vulnerable, and many are too ill to complete the responsibilities required to claim UC. Cease these assessments asap.
