For PC Birch to be charged for assault for the taser attack on Daniel Dove.

Additional Information

PC Lee Birch was cleared of assault and misconduct against Daniel Dove. Daniel dove was detained, in a cell and naked. He was not a threat. There were two officers in with him at the time. He used his underwear to fling in an officers face. The actions of this officer were disgusting. I don't understand how he could be cleared. It is down to the average person like you and I to stand up for our rights.
