Change the learning curriculum in schools
Stop learning things that will be irrelevant to most people and start learning things that will be relevant to everyone.
Instead of learning Algebra etc learn about vat, mortgages, interest rates etc
Children and young adults need to know about real life situations instead of learning something that is so irrelevant to most.
