Take significant steps to help improve e-petition wording and clarity - because the petitions need to be clear and make sense so that potential signatories and eventually the MP’s will consider them seriously. So add a wording/clarification stage before acceptance, e.g. in criminal punishment bills siting 3-strikes-and-your-out: Why 3? Any level of crime?
