Make it illegal for anyone unrelated to a human under 16 to take photos of them.
I want it to be illegal for non-relatives of individuals under 16 to take photos of them without their or their parents' permission.
It would protect children's privacy, and it might prevent individuals under the age of 16 from having their photos posted on the internet against their will.
