All care workers in the field of Elderly Care to receive full training and be registered with the NMC

Additional Information

That the government recognises that training and registration in the field of Elderly Care is vital to improving the care in our Nursing and Residential Homes and in the community
That all care workers will only be able to practice after completing a recognised course
That registration will be with the NMC who will provide National Standards of Care in line with any other specialist area
