Incentivise Employers to raise wages to reverse the need for Welfare.
Incentivise Employers to value their Employees by raising wages so that they do not have to rely on the welfare state, particularly Universal Credit. People who work part-time or full-time should not have to turn to the state to support them.
The welfare state is increasing, due to more Employers relying on the state to prop up their Employees wages.
Britain’s growing welfare state bill is costing the average taxpayer £2,000-a-year, Telegraph analysis reveals.
This Govt should radically reform the Welfare State by incentivising Employers to pay good wages, meaning people who work do not have to rely upon benefits, particularly universal credit.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you want to see incentives for employers to increase wages, but we're not sure exactly what incentives you'd like the Government to introduce.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
