Ban all schools from not allowing students to use the toilet
Most secondary schools only allow children to use the toilet if they have medical needs. But what if a child has medical needs but they don't know? Medical needs or not, holding a pee-- or a poo, for too long is bad for your bladder.
Article 11 of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights or ICESCR says The right to sanitation is an element of "the right of everyone to an adequate standard of living for himself and his family".
