ensuring that students have ample time to eat relax, and socialize. Additionally allocating increased funding to schools for the expansion of cafeteria facilities, hiring more lunch staff, or implementing staggered lunch periods could accommodate longer breaks without disrupting the overall schedule
Longer lunch breaks can significantly impact their health, fostering better eating habits and reducing stress. Moreover, increased social interaction during lunch breaks promotes emotional and social growth
