Clear English terms to become norm in agreements - remove small print

Additional Information

Terms and Conditions of Contracts and Agrements, especially those signed online are these days totally unregulated, and people signing into them without understanding of what "terms agreed" really means.

Disalow of those misleading practices commonly used along side free memberships (automaticly renewed and charged) and automatic non-escapable memeberships without direct debit mandate!

Companies are creating stream of unjustified and uncontrolable revenue without axial service provided through automatic payment (without mandate), renewals, no escape clauses or and inclusion of more exceptions in small print than the agreement or contract should cover.

Financial Ombudsman Services are being overvhelmed by complaints as result & forced to supplement lack of law preventing misleading and protecting us - customers.

All financial charges should require mandate of customer or to automatically expire after trial or free period!
