Petition Action

Muzzle all dogs in public spaces in UK with immediate effect

Petition Details

Implement this with the speed of covid masks, the public need this now, 1991 banning showed us pitbull numbers increased - the XL is a variety of it. The ban did nothing but make things worse.

Owners, public, farmers, children, need protection. Also to give time for the long term measures.

Additional Information

* protect the public
* show the UK is a safe place for tourism
* give time to implement better long term measures, such as licencing for ownership, breeding etc
* use the immediate risk reduction needed for public safety.
* stop delivery services people being attacked
* protect all humans
* protect all dogs
* give space and time to the experts to work on neutering and breed specific measures
* avoid public legal actions due to the failure of the 1991 act, which has lead to deaths of UK citizens
