Taxpayers should not pay any compensation to victims. When Savile's estate are exhausted no fund out of the public purse.
Who should pay:
BBC, Royal Family and the Conservative Party.
Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher made four attempts to appoint him a knighthood before succeeding in her final year in office.
Was not the British Taxpayers who made him a MBE and Sir.
