Dog parks - Safe fenced areas.

Additional Information

This is a petition to get safe fenced areas where dogs can be let off lead in a safe place. America is proof that these areas are used and benefit not only the dogs health and well being. But also owners and the non dog owning public.
Each council should provide some land where these dog parks can be set up. Dog waste bins should always be provided and used. Gates or doors should always be able to close.
