Replace all "bank holidays" with 10 days extra annual leave.

Cut the crunch - Spread the load.
Replace all the current bank and religious holidays with 10 extra days annual leave for all in work, to be taken at workers request. Employers to retain right to veto or insist that certain (say up to 5 days) be taken off at specific contractual times. eg. long winter holiday.
