Cosmetic surgery on H.H.S
No frree cosmetic surgery for Vanity reasons on the NHS
Only cases such as Burns , congenital difigurment shoul be payed for by the tax payer .
Weight reduction Liposuction stomach stapling etc etc
Should all be apyedfor by the client , for pooore clients bt a payment plan
