Change the legal age for a 125cc motorcycle from 17 to 16
I believe the legal age for a 125cc motorcycle should be 16 as quite a few 16 year olds chose to leave school and get a job but struggle to get to their place of work and some struggle to get to school or colleges so lowering the age would be beneficial.
