Commit to completing all of HS2 including Birmingham–Manchester
We would like the Government not to backtrack on HS2 and commit to completing it as originally planned, in particular Phase 2 including the Birmingham–Manchester section.
HS2 is essential for increasing capacity on the network in order to allow for further improvements elsewhere. High speed rail is badly needed in the UK and connecting the North should not be neglected.
