welfare of horses at sales

Additional Information

Every week horses are sold at auctions throughout the uk illegally. Horses are being sold without passports and microchips, very underweight, horses are stood all day without water, foals are stood without bedding there are also no welfare officers at the auctions. We have evidence to support all the above. We would like the goverment to make sure the auctions follow the law and make it compulsary that welfare officer check horses heath and paperwork on entering the sales
