Change the legal age of driving to 16 years of age
I believe 16 year olds should be trusted to drive a vehicle.They are Allowed the provisional Licence at 16 ,so i think they should have a full time driving licence.
Change the legal driving age to 16 years of age and have your provisional license at 15
