Push for an immediate general election.
The Prime Minister ought to promptly convene a general election to provide the British citizens with the opportunity to express their preferences regarding our governance. Waiting until 2025 is not ideal, as the public did not elect Rishi Sunak and lacks faith in his ability to lead the country.
Consistent polling data indicates that the British populace has lost trust in the current government. The NHS is in a state of crisis, the asylum system is dysfunctional, port delays persist, institutions are faltering, schools are deteriorating, and inflation is soaring. It is imperative that the British people are allowed to participate in determining the way forward and selecting their preferred leadership.
