Make the elderly and disabled buspasses usable all day
the only time that the free bus passes are usable is from 9:30am until 11pm, there are people who have these bus passes that have to pay to get to work in the morning to school or college, the free bus pass should be free all day!
there does not seem to be a clear reason as to why the free bus passes for the elderly and disabled have a start time of 9:30 am, what about people who are getting to work school or college or even hospital appointments! or if an elderly person wants to go out for breakfast somewhere? it is not fair that we have use of a bus pass but we have to wait until halfway though the morning to even be able to use it!
