I want the Government to ban balaclavas in public to help protect children and general public.

Additional Information

I find that people wearing balaclavas can make people around them feel unsafe, uncomfortable and scared. Balaclavas are often associated with gangs and criminal activities, and can help criminals get away with crimes by hiding their identity.
