To get all dog owners to have their dogs on leads when walking them
I have a 9 month old American xl bully which I am training him early to wear a muzzle the amount of people who have their dogs off their leads is ridiculous and think its ok to let them run up to my dog when I ask them to control them I get abuse
Because they are bringing rules out for the xl bulldogs I think its only right that everybody needs to have their dogs on leads
