Appoint a Minister for Men and Boys to address problems that either exclusively or disproportionately involve men. Issues such as:

- Male Health Issues
- Suicide
- Educational outcomes
- Rough sleeping
- Involvement with the criminal justice system
- Victims of violent crime

Additional Information

Issues that disproportionately involve men and boys are having a serious impact on wider society and require specific attention. We need an evidence-based strategy to help men and boys, as men make up:

- 74% of all suicides
- 85% of rough sleepers
- 72% of murder victims
- 96% of the prison population

These men and boys require targeted help and intervention. We need to develop evidence-based policies to improve their outcomes. They need our support, and the whole of society will benefit.
