THE HOME SECRETARY SHOULD RESIGN IMMEDIATELY IN THE WAKE OF THE SERIAL ARMED ROBBER WITH MULTI- LIFE SENTENCES FOR ARMED ROBBERY CONVICTIONS BEING RELEASED DAILY FROM A KENT OPEN PRISON TO WORK IN THE COMMUNITY - ONLY TO COMMIT FRESH ARMED ROBBERIES WITHIN 2 OR 3 DAYS
